This is a small but rapidly growing team, working on a high-visibility project in the Big Data space, spanning across several subsystems of a very successful SaaS product suite. An ideal candidate would have: 3+ years in software development. Master of Science or Bachelor degree. Familiarity with the SaaS architecture, high-load scalable applications. Back-end: experience with Java/J2E, JPA (Hibernate), JMS, Spring, REST API, SOAP services Experience with HBase, Hive, Hadoop and Solr is a plus. Front-end: experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5/CSS3, JQuery, JSP and Struts2 is a plus. Experience with Subversion or Git, Maven, JUnit and mocking, Continuous Integration (Jenkins), deployment automation (Puppet) is a plus. Must be comfortable with code reviews and constructive critique.
