*Need QA Analyst - Cincinnati, OH - No H1b* * CANDIDATE MUST HAVE ENTERPRISE RETAIL OF PHARMA EXPERIENCE (CVS, WALGREENS ect) * *Job Title: Quality Assurance/Functional Test Engineer Location: Cincinnati, OHDuration: 6+ Months* Quality Assurance/Functional Test Engineer Overview: The tester supports quality assurance programs and processes in alignment with QA strategy. The tester is responsible for providing feedback on artifacts developed during requirements and analysis phase within client projects; authoring test cases; and performing test execution for both project and support related activities. The testers will be primarily performing manual testing but will be assisting in the maintenance and execution of regression test scripts using Selenium. Quality Assurance/Functional Test Engineer Job Responsibilities: Work within various test methodologies such as SAFe agile Create QA Task List in order to meet objectives and deadlines Participate in requirement & design doc review session; evaluate requirements & design docs from a quality test automation standpoint Execute Test scripts to validate correct functionality of application Manage test coverage based on risk analysis Use SQL for back-end database validation Document defects and evaluate priority of defect based on overall application functionality Coordinate Test script Reviews with stakeholders are being held as appropriate. Quality Assurance/Functional Test Engineer Job Requirements: The ideal candidate would possess: Team/Position specific requirements (Experience, Skills, Tools, Methodologies, Culture) 5+ years of relevant experience in software quality assurance Prior experience in Agile software development methodology (SAFe approach preferred) Strong understanding of test case creation and execution concepts and best practices Prior experience testing system integrations/data flows Strong troubleshooting skills Able to discern between issues in the front end application as well as downstream systems Prior experience using Quality Center for test case management Prior experience using Jira for defect tracking Good understanding of regression testing concepts and best practices Preferred experience with testing e-commerce web sites Some technical savviness or exposure to test automation Ability to succeed and focus in a fast paced environment with noise/distractions.
