Hope you are doing great… *JOB Title :** TDM Technical lead * *Location:** Mason, OH* *Duration: 12 month+* Primarily looking for resources with OPTIM knowledge. The TDM Technical lead position is a client facing role that requires the person to be quick in technical delivery, have expert knowledge on the systems for which he or she is working, and be accountable for all technical delivery and processes for test data provisioning. This person must exhibit out-of-the-box thinking to devise better solutions to existing processes, and develop innovative ways to expedite test data delivery. The TDM Technical Lead must be able to guide, mentor, and train the team in all aspects of technical delivery, and take the lead in delivering same day, high visibility priority requests without a hitch. *Qualifications:* · 4 - 6 years hands-on experience in Mainframe, COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS DB with the ability to generate the proper output from day one. · 2 - 3 years SQL experience · Hands-on experience in building, maintaining & executing standalone MF programs · Strong verbal & written communication skills - client facing communication experience for at least 12 months where customers are happy with the communication - no grammatical mistakes. · Proficiency in test data and test data life cycle.
