*Role: Siebel CRM* *Location: Fountain Valley, CA* *Duration: 6 Months (extension possible)* *Interview Mode: Phone Interview followed by Skype* *NOTE: ONLY GC/USC* *Required Skills:* *The Senior Siebel CRM Integration Specialist position is responsible for successful Operations Support & Project delivery of Siebel EIM/EAI Integration, Administration & process engagements. This is a technical position providing hands-on delivery role, working with the cross-functional teams, while ensuring excellent client relationship.* *This is a senior position with proven experience implementing large CRM projects (Oracle/Siebel), having strong expertise with middleware, and excellent foundational knowledge of Siebel application integration architecture via real-time and background processes, to deliver/articulate solutions for integrating with other systems, by exploiting all features and capabilities of Siebel technology.* *This position requires high level of experience in Siebel Call Center module,** good to have Marketing module as well, to provide value driven support to a large business users group.* *Qualifications:* - *BSCS or equivalent degree* - *Candidates with Oracle Siebel 8.0 Consultant Expert certification preferred* - *At least 8+ years’ experience in Siebel, consulting or software development & integration role* - *Must have a minimum of 4 years of active participation in production support/maintenance for a large enterprise application* - *Proven track record of successfully completing all aspects of a consulting/software development project* - *Understanding of development lifecycle methodology and ability to successfully deliver Siebel EIM/EAI assignments* - *Expert in database concepts, logical/physical design and development with the understanding of Data Warehouse /Business Intelligence concepts along with ERWIN data modeling toolset* - *Experience working in a PL-SQL environment and familiarity with MS SQL* - *Experience in BI Publisher, configuring Siebel Open UI preferred* *Experience Requirements:* - *Sound Knowledge of Siebel eAutomotive, Siebel Marketing (Campaign Management) and business concepts, along with Siebel Tools* - *Strong problem solving and analytical skills needed to support Siebel enterprise applications, with solid background in performing Siebel Server Administration functions* - *Strong communication; customer relationship, organizational and follow through skills; excellent presentation skills, technical documentation and positive attitude* - *Analyze and evaluate data sources* - *Understanding and execution of integration concepts such as Service Oriented Architecture and integrating Siebel applications in BPEL/Webmethods/Informatica environment* - *Thorough work experience in hosting/consuming Siebel web services, and EIM/EAI* - *Good understanding of Siebel Data Model and Data Architecture* - *Background in a technical development environment and solid working knowledge of relational databases (ie, Oracle, SQL Server), operating systems ( Windows Server), ETL Informatica, and hardware platforms* - *Experience with software development, quality assurance processes and methodologies* - *Experience in implementing large scale, complex, Siebel 7.x and 8.x projects* - *Detailed Siebel v8.x Application Architecture knowledge* - *Working knowledge of database utility tools like TOAD, SQL Developer* *Job Duties Responsibilities:* - *Responsible for the operational support of Siebel environment including but not limited to automation, job scheduling, dependencies, monitoring, maintenance, patches, upgrades, security, and administration* - *Develop integration solutions between Siebel Applications and external systems* - *Define the system architecture for all Siebel instances and deploy thin client using server administration tasks* - *Working hands on and assisting the development team in building the application, integration and reporting solutions and resolving complex issues and production support tickets* - *Establish/Practice the development standards and the release management processes* - *Design the data entities and support the development of EIM mapping and data loads including the data integration pieces using Siebel EAI to the third party systems using Web services, VBC and XML based integration techniques.* - *Create testing approach and test script development for System integration testing, data testing and systems integration testing* - *Coordinate the analysis and design sessions and define application design, data design, integration and reports design translating to technical design for successful implementation of Siebel call center, Siebel Marketing and Siebel Financial Services on Oracle databases* - *Responsible for reviewing and ensuring project deliverables with respect to quality and timelines.
