*2 Year Contract* *Client is Optum* *ONLY PHONE INTERVIEWS* *Title*: Project Manager/Scrum Master *Location*: Lansing, MI *Description*: · Project Manager/Scrum Master role, leading Data Warehouse related ETL and Reporting projects. · In Project Manager Role, responsible for managing project plan, issues, risks, producing status reports and communicating to stakeholders. · In Scrum Master Role, responsible for conducting daily standups and sprint ceremonies, leading the team to produce the desired results, and working closely with product owner to manage scope and provide direction to the team. *Required software tools/skills:* · 10+ years of PM/Scrum Master experience working in complex, matrix organization · 5+ year of experience on data warehouse projects · 5+ year of Agile experience · Experience with leading Scrum meetings to drive deliverables · Experienced with large data warehouse projects · Mange project timeline, scope , financials, issues and risks · Lead internal review sessions to discuss issues and questions related to requirements documentation; work with business stakeholders to review and resolve issues. · Perform data analysis, using in-depth knowledge of relational databases preferably with State Government human services data. · Provide explanations and information related to data analysis findings to both project team and business stakeholders. · Support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
