*Role: QA Manager (Performance)* *Location: Menomonee Falls, WI* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Job Description:* 1. Engage with the Project Team from the project initiation phase 2. Work with Business analysts and test analysts to design, test and implement performance coverage to deliver a performance, scalable, operable and resilient solution 3. Understand NFR collection process, performance requirements like volumetric, throughput, response times for large scale applications 4. Recommend short term and long term strategies in view of performance requirements 5. Prepare & Review Test Strategy - NFR, Test Environment, Test Data & Test Plan 6. Review performance strategy with performance lead/team 7. Work closely with TSA(s) and Developers during Test execution phase to resolve any performance bottlenecks 8. Validate and optimize effort estimates for performance testing projects 9. Create Holiday Readiness Strategy 10. Manage the Performance Team. Should have prior experience managing development teams 11. Single escalation point for all the LOB(s) 12. Resource Allocation 13. Interface with Transformation Team 14. Ensure compliance with Process/templates Role : *Mainframe Tester / Retail Application Tester* Location *: Menomonee Falls, WI* Duration :* 6+ Months* *Detailed JD:* 1. Strong experience in Retail Supply chain management systems 2. Strong experience in VS COBOL II to analyze the programs, Subroutines to understand the functionality 3. Solid experience in JCL to customize the Jobs in QA environment, binding and running and fixing basic JCL errors. 4. Creating GDG's and basic sorting, copying files, import and export the files using TSO commands 5. File Aid experience to view the files by filtering, mapping with Copy books, 6. CA Scheduler knowledge to schedule the jobs 7. CICS / DB2 basic query knowledge 8. Strong knowledge and experience with software development processes, test methodologies, QA process, and software release cycle 9. Create and establish QA processes in line with the Agile software development methodology and Iterative model 10. Control and manage daily test activities through daily Agile Scrum ‘stand-up’ meetings 11.
