Job Title: Senior Quality Analyst_ Selenium Location: Mclean,VA Duration: 24 Months + *Skills Required: Automation Testing,Selenium,Agile,Scrum* *Job Description:* • Design automation test plans, scenarios, scripts, and/or procedures. · Looking for somebody with good experience in automation testing using Selenium. • Perform automation test execution; mentor, direct and monitor other testers in automation principles • Ability to share and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing to staff, business sponsors, managers, and technical resources in clear concise language that is appropriate to the target audience • Illustrated experience and competency with at least one programming and/or scripting language preferably Java • Experience leading ambiguous situations, dealing with IT issues and coming up with effective solutions to ensure automated delivery improves time to market and quality into production. • Strong collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills • Experience in Test Automation using Selenium web driver, Cucumber, Calabash • Experience with CI/CD with Hudson/Jenkins tools and Test Driven Development • Ability to handle multiple large initiatives simultaneously. • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team. • Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
