Visa Copy is mandatory during submission *Location: Lexington, KY* *Duration: 6 Months+* *Rate: $50/Hour All Inc* *Organizational Change Management Specialist* The *Organizational Change Management Specialist* will play a key role in ensuring global projects meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organizational structures. The primary responsibilities will be coordinating the execution of change activities on global projects and working with global process analysts to insure that changes are documented in processes, communicated, and trained. The *Change Management Specialist* will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
