*Location:* Richardson, TX *Phone and Skype!!!!* *Skills: * Test Manager for an opportunity in Richardson, TX. This position will be responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project / program oriented test efforts. This role will establish and implement project management processes and methodologies for the project/program test community to ensure testing activities are delivered on time, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations. *Key Responsibilities:* - Assembling and monitoring integrated test schedules across the SDLC for projects, or across multiple projects for programs, directing and assisting test phase leads - Identifying and estimating resource needs and testing schedules, entrance/exit criteria to test phases, establishment of testing projects in Quality Center, and escalating functional, quality, and/or schedule issues appropriately - Establishing and managing key testing milestones and working with test phase leads to adjust project schedules and/or resources to meet the needs of customers - Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the test effort being managed - Assists test phase leads and project managers in identifying and prioritizing testing related risks and mitigation approaches to achieve the goals of the project - Apply advanced knowledge and proficiency in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques - Manage multiple projects and test coordinators in a program environment - Comply with HIPAA, compliance program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies *Required Experience:* - Extensive experience managing testing across multiple applications for all types of testing and managing to multiple release schedules - Significant experience with Quality Center and ALM - Expertise with end to end testing and the ability to perform program level administration for corresponding releases - Experienced in a matrixed environment, working with various business groups, development teams, data & environment support teams *Thank you, and have a great day.* *Ranjith**, **Technical Associate* SoftSages Technology, Inc. 17 Mystic Ln, Malvern, PA - 19355 Desk - 484 402 7869 X 104|Direct - 484 772 8154 ranj...@softsages.com* | *www.softsages.com <http://www.softsages.com.com/> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
