Please share some qualified resource for this position: *Role : IVR Tester/SME/BSA* *Location : Torrance,CA* Seasoned senior tester needed to support testing for CRM (Siebel or Salesforce) & telephony applications (Interactive Routing, Web Chat/Mobile Integration into Contact Center Software, Softphone).
