*Job Title: : 050921: Information Specialist For Applications Support
(.Net) Location: Anaheim, CA Maximum Rate: $45.00*

Position Details:

Act as the primary applications support contact in maintaining the City of
Anaheim Public Works Department Famis system in terms of troubleshooting
and resolving user issues and ensuring the existing interfaces with the ERP
system are operating optimally.

Skills Required: MUST HAVE ALL REQUIRED SKILLS TO BE CONSIDERED

• MUST HAVE 2 TO 5 YEARS BUSINESS APPLICATIONS MAINTENANCE SUPPORT AND/OR
DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE.
• Must have excellent communications and interpersonal skills, basic
technical writing/documentation skills and the ability to multi-task
• Must have working experience or knowledge in developing and maintaining
reports using third party tools such as Crystal Reports, Oracle discoverer
or any other industry equivalent tool
• Must have hands-on programming experience using SQL or any other
equivalent programming language
• Must have working experience in providing production support for business
applications users or maintaining business applications like
troubleshooting and resolving application related issue

Optional Skills:

• Hands-on programming skills in any of the following: ASP, HTML, JAVA,
.NET, CSS, mobile app development (iOS or Android) is a plus
• Working knowledge or familiarity with relational databases such as MS SQL
Server or Oracle 11g is a plus
• Working knowledge in MS Office, Adobe Software Suite or components (i.e.
Adobe Photoshop or Creative Suite) is a plus
• Working knowledge in website development and/or maintenance is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide production support for client applications by assisting in the
development process or support maintenance.
• Learn Accruent’s Famis Application to be able to provide production
support to users of Famis Facility Maintenance Work Order System
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues from users of the Famis Work Order System
or other client business applications
• Production support to the existing billing and payroll interfaces between
the Famis Work Order System and Advantage Financial ERP system
• Implementation support for a new purchasing interface between the Famis
Work Order System and Advantage Financial ERP system
• Interact with city staff and vendors in resolving issues and other
business related matters
