Negotiate resolution of issues and conflict management. Strong attention to detail which ensures that customer requirements are met and that a high quality standard is achieved. • Provide technical perspectives to other architecture functions to ensure that solutions effectively leverage infrastructure capabilities and services and integrate with them. • Energy and a clear passion for the role. • Demonstrated personal values aligned with Corporate values Milwaukee is preferred, however, other locations will also be considered for qualified candidates Responsibilities: This position is for an SAP/Information Security Manager for a large, multi-year SAP implementation. This person is responsible for leading the Security design that supports the new business process design and organizational structure in the most effective and efficient manner while ensuring compliance with all security and architectural mandates. The person is the technical authority on SAP and information security architecture for BP&S. This person works primarily in a three in the box structure with the SAP Controls Lead and SAP Technical Consultant. This person will also work very closely with the Enterprise Security Manager, Enterprise Architect & Solution/Technical Architects and all SAP teams. Leadership and technical competence is an absolute must. Areas of Responsibilities include: • Lead all SAP Security Strategy Development and Management • Serve as a senior level leader for implementing SAP security architecture • Serve as a technical collaboration point between outsourced vendors, managed services partners and BP&S technical groups.
