Other reporting tools experience is acceptable* *(add bullets if needed):* · Working with the project lead, drives the design of Tableau reports that integrates data from multiple sources and standardization of metrics and formats across departments and functional areas. · Develops and prepares reports with complex analysis and data for management review, and presents to various levels of management. · Works cross-functionally in analyzing, designing, and developing business solutions, gathering data and explanations from Subject Matter Experts and create templates for product performance reports. · Defines and documents business requirements and provides analysis of business needs. Socializes business requirements with technical teams and obtains sign off from key stakeholders. · Develops and delivers stakeholder training. · Develops and delivers of project presentations, updates, or other communication to team and stakeholders. · Provides project support through the analysis and interpretation of data, systems and cross-functional business operations. · Identifies systems and operational deficiencies and recommends solutions to streamline procedures for more effective reporting. · Supports data reporting projects, teams and task forces with analysis and insight. · Provides training and mentoring for team members on best practices for product performance analysis and reporting. · Supplies consultative advice to analysts in other departments and business units regarding standard reporting business rules. · Contribute or drive team success by clarifying expectation and minimizing political hurdles. · Manages UAT testing to ensure accuracy, completeness and report/system design and implementation. · Collaboration/leadership role in the critical review and ongoing development of data management and systems for strategically important enterprise-wide reporting. · Ad hoc analysis assignments as requested. *Qualifications (add bullets if needed):* · Four (4) to seven (7) years experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination; two (2) to five (5) years with a Master’s degree. · Experience working with business reporting and/or product analytics and performance metrics and supporting the development of key performance metrics. · One (1) to three (3) years of working with Tableau Desktop reporting tools (highly desirable). · Ability to gain consensus and agreement with stakeholders during the definition of requirements of business rules. · Highly skilled in interpersonal and verbal and written communications, presentations, analytics and problem-solving. · Facets, mainframe, and/or healthcare knowledge not required but considered a plus. · Experience working on iterative projects, Scrum, Agile, etc. a plus. · Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team environment, with experience PowerPoint. in small teams. · Advanced knowledge of PC related software applications, including Excel, Visio and vamshi * Email* : [email protected] * Gmail*:[email protected] * Phone No*: 248-327-3080 Ext: 208 * Direct No*: 248-440-7363 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
