*Greetings from SONOMA CONSULTING..!* Below is the requirement with our client and kindly review the details as below and if you feel interested in the job position please send me a copy of your updated resume along with your details.. *Job Title: QA Manager* *Location: Eagan, MN* *Duration: 12+ Months* *This is a Test Manager role…* *The basic requirements are:* · 3+ years as a QA Manager.. 10 years overall experience. · Data Warehouse/ETL Experience. *High-level responsibilities include**: * · Oversee overall Data Warehouse testing processes to ensure acceptable quality in the Inbound and Outbound deliverables. · Ensure comprehensive and consistent test reporting from each Work Unit and provide test reporting at the Tower Level. · Ensure that testing issues are identified and addressed pro-actively. · Responsible for the defects process between Inbound and Outbound as well as with Highmark vendor: defects review, prioritization, scheduling defects fixing, communication. · Coordination between all the Data Warehouse Test Leads as well as Data Environments Lead for testing activities in Data Warehouse Tower. · Act as escalation point for Inbound and Outbound Test leads to the Tower Delivery Lead /Transformation Lead. · Reporting to Tower Delivery Lead /Transformation Lead. *Minimum Requirements: * · A minimum of 8 years QA/QA Leadership in a data warehouse environment. · Proven success in leading and directing multiple test leads from multiple work units through a major, diverse, complex project involving internal resources and external parties. · Exceptional oral and written communication skills for leading teams, as well as reporting throughout the project, with vendors and to project leadership. · Candidate must be a senior-level resource, with ability to lead others effectively and proactively plan, identify issues and execute/deliver. · Experience and expertise with QA at both the outbound (reporting/submissions) level, and the inbound (models, ETL) level. · Experience with some or all of our various tools is a plus: Teradata, SAS, Informatica, Wheresape RED James Kumar- Director Recruiting Sonoma Consulting, Inc.
