Title : Peoplesoft CRM Developer Location : Germantown MD Duration : 12 months Need In person interview after Skype Need CRM NO HCM Please Requirements: - Minimum 5 years’ experience of programming - Minimum 3 year with Peoplesoft - Experience with Version 9 and above - Solid experience of developing with Oracle 11g - Solid experience of PS CRM Functional Area, specially Forms development - Knowledge of full SDLC - Good communication skills Job Duties: Primary responsibilities are to design, develop and support key customer relationship management applications. Incumbent will be a member of a 10-15 person team that develops and supports business applications in the Installation Management and Customer Service functions. Solutions developed utilize customized and configured COTS software using PeopleSoft CRM. Specific activities and tasks to be performed by the candidate include: 1) assisting user groups in documenting and reviewing functional requirements 2) completing system design tasks such as database table design, screen layouts and error handling routines 3) helping the user identify reporting needs 4) creating internal test plans and providing input and review of user acceptance test plans 5) designing solutions for optimum performance and conducting system load and performance tests 6) documenting ongoing system enhancements and any system issues, and coordinating with manager to fit these into future planned migration releases 7) providing input and in some situations taking lead on creating user manuals and/or user training material REQUIRED SKILLS: Candidate must have a degree in Computer Science or technical field and 2 years work experience or combination of education and experience. Candidate must have strong PeopleSoft application development skills, and solid database development skills with experience with Oracle version 10g or higher. The PeopleSoft development experience should include demonstrated hands-on project implementation experience within the PeopleSoft infrastructure environment, utilizing many of the following PeopleSoft products: PeopleTools (8.4x, 8.5x), PeopleCode, App Designer, Integration Broker, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Enterprise Portal. Strong understanding and demonstrated usage of SQL and PL/SQL. Candidate will possess 7+ years’ experience in an IT Applications environment, with assignments that included system support as well as new system implementations and significant system enhancements. Must have demonstrated experience in interacting with users as IT translates business requirements into systems solutions, working through the analysis, design, development and testing phases. Candidate must have experience leading and working on multiple projects simultaneously. Candidate should have strong interpersonal skills to complement the above technical expertise, and have experience working in small to medium size project teams (3-10 team members). DESIRED SKILLS: Expertise in any of the following technologies would be highly desirable Linux O/S as well as Unix skills including scripting and cron scheduling; Java / J2EE / JMS; XML; and proficiency with the MicroSoft Office toolkit (especially Excel as it is integrated into business applications). PeopleSoft CRM experience with Support, Help Desk or Field Service is highly desired, but not mandatory – equivalent application development and integration work in a non-CRM PeopleSoft environment (HR, Financials) will be considered. Utilizing PeopleSoft in the areas of order capture, order processing and package configuration would also be relevant. Any experience with PeopleTools Upgrade is highly desirable but not required.
