Cannot confirm availability of the SAP CRM Integrated Communication
Interface using the Business Communication Broker to test the connection,
which is the standard approach when setting up CTI for SAP CRM
We should be able to launch the BCB tool using a known URL, but such
efforts are failing. This appears to be an issue with setup, though whether
it is something simply addressed by an appropriate technology expert or a
known limit related to using a preconfigured CAL instance is unknown
SAP CRM supports CTI from many 3rd part providers, but  requires those
companies to create connectors to enable such integration and certify their
solutions with the SAP Integration and Certification Center
