*Duration: LongTerm* *Max Rate: $62/hour on c2c **(Not Negotiable)* *POSITION:* • Replacement MMIS Project Scheduler *SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:* The Replacement Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) project is one of the largest IT projects for the State of South Carolina. It is a multi-year effort to replace the State’s aging MMIS and related applications with more modern capabilities along with corresponding business operations services. The overall project is divided into multiple efforts, including: • INTEGRATION AND TECHNOLOGY / EDI • DATA FOUNDATION / DATA LAYER DEVELOPMENT • PROVIDER MANAGEMENT • ANALYTICS • ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE • ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES ORGANIZATION (ASO) – MEDICAL CLAIM PROCESSING MODULE • PHARMACY • THIRD PARTY LIABILITY (TPL) • MEMBER MANAGEMENT These sub-projects and their individual project deliverables represent the scope of the Replacement MMIS Project. *DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:* The Replacement MMIS Project Scheduler is responsible for project scheduling activities to support the development of a detailed implementation schedule (DIS) for the entire scope of the RMMIS Program. This effort has an aggressive timeline and exceptional planning, time management, project management concepts and expert level MS Project 2013 skills are required. The DIS is scheduled for delivery to CMS in March 2016.
