<p><u><strong>5 Year Experience</strong></u></p>  <ul>

 minimum of five (5) years of recent experience and demonstrated 
superior knowledge, skills, and abilities in enterprise website UX/UI 
design for a wi</li>
<li>Experience with requirements gathering, wireframing, UX/UI design process, 
responsive design</li>
<li>Experience for maximizing accessibility compliance to meet WCAG 2.0</li>
<li>Open to unique and innovative design</li>
<li>Knowledge, skills and experience to deliver the deliverables list in the 
details section .<u><strong></strong></u>

<p><u><strong>3 Year Experience</strong></u></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with industry best practices and standards for websites (508 and 
W3C Standards)</li>
<li>Willing to work  and with client’s in-house developers</li>
</ul>

<p><u><strong>Research and Planning:</strong></u></p>  <p>1. Review existing 
website and web application assets, functionality, content and structure</p>  
<p>2. Review current online presence (site, applications, social media, search 
engine relevance, UI/UX)</p>  <p>3. Assess baseline traffic and ranking</p>  
<p>4. Meet with client to review analysis of the existing web presence and 
review the needs/requirements of the new design.</p>  <p>5. Prepare and review 
map of a redesigned TAX website to act as a portal to our online services</p>  
<p>6. Define clear, concise content and flow requirements with client.</p>  
<p>7. Discuss and document call to actions and navigation</p>  <p>8. Detailed 
list of the technology used (i.e. HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, javascript, etc.)</p>  
<p>9. Comprehensive style guide</p>  <p>10. Page mock-ups</p>  <p>11. Working 
prototype</p>  <p>12. Map of how website and web applications can 
link/associate for a more seamless user experience</p>  <p>13. Usability test 
results</p>  <p>14. Any custom graphics and/or stock images used in new 
design</p>  <p>15. New design will be fully owned by client</p>  <p>16. Client 
sign off on design</p>
