Location: Eagan, MN Duration: 12 + Months Job Summary: The position is responsible for obtaining data from various internal sources, understanding relevant differences between each data source, and designing/creating database structures and/or reports for analysis and possible production reporting. In addition, the incumbent must be able to perform validation techniques, as well as perform and interpret a variety of statistical analyses. The position will work closely with coworkers to change/develop current systems for improved decision making, and help support others in the creation, development, and testing of new models. Assists with technical and/or process improvements. The initial intent of this position is to support the existing needs within the business team while FTEs focus on related project work. Candidate must: • Have proven strength in performing and interpreting statistical analysis • Be a leader; proactive; possess a high level of curiosity • Possess proven ability to learn both process and technical tasks quickly • Take initiative and be a self-starter; provide value • Have ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities • Be experienced using multiple, complex and sometimes non-standard data sources • Be experienced in creating database structures and reports (both for analysis and in production) • Be strong in data analysis; bring different sources together to solve problems/answer questions • Be an effective communicator, both orally and in writing, to various levels of individuals in various teams. • Be an experienced SAS developer • Be an experienced Tableau developer • Be experienced with all Microsoft Office Tools/Microsoft BI • Be available M-F, 40 hours per week Thanks Arjun Mallik- Sr Executive Recruiter Sonoma Consulting, Inc.
