Customer (an Aftermarket Auto Parts company) needs a Success Factors
Consultant to come onboard and look at the current central instance
(already implemented and live with a lot of issues) of Success Factors,
analyze and re-engineer it as needed. Then help in the phased out roll out
of Success Factors to 10 -11 plant locations.
In the first phase, the consultant will be conducting the roll out of Goals
and Performance through out the 10 -11 plant locations. Once this is done,
then in next phase roll outs will be of Learning. Followed by the last
phase of Payroll rollout. (total 3 phases).
The customer has a heavily customized environment. Thus the consultant
needs to understand Goals & Performance, Learning and Payroll functions
from a business perspective as well and from a system capacity as well. The
consultant needs to handhold the customer through this process. So
communication will be key as well.
