Title: Business Analyst (with PeopleSoft exp)
Location: Broomfield, Colorado (suburb of Denver)
Duration: 6 Months+
Visa: Open
*Required Experience: 9 Years+*
· Business Analysts preferably with *Peoplesoft* background
· Formulate a plan to identify the business needs with the
stakeholders
· Conduct a focused meeting to identify the best understood and
most relevant needs to tackle next
· Communicate with the stakeholders in business terms free of
technical jargon
· Work out incremental solutions that can be built quickly
· Establish a “definition of done” for each solution
· Coalesce around the best way to design and verify the solution
· Deliver quickly and efficiently
· Avoid “paralysis by analysis”: Address uncertainty with
confidence by innovating and experimenting
· Focus on value to the customer (stakeholder, business) in every
meeting and interaction
· Produce solutions with a high level of quality with
ever-increasing speed and efficiency
· Need excellent communication skills
