This role is needed to support back fill for overloaded staff.

The following activities are to be performed by the contactor in Global
Operations. This list is not all inclusive.

Responsibilities:
Providing operational support for servers running Windows Server 2008, 2008
R2, 2012, and 2012 R2. Diagnose and remediate issues with Windows Server
infrastructure, and related roles and features, as well as other Microsoft
and third-party Windows business infrastructure applications.

Qualifications: *MUST HAVE:  *

·         *5+ years supporting Windows environment of 1000+ servers and
associated Windows infrastructure components.*

·         *Administer VMware vSphere infrastructure encompassing over 1500
guest machines and 1000 VDI machines.*

·         *Work on support tickets as well as support phone for Global
Windows Infrastructure environment*

·         *Perform day-to-day system administration of the environment and
preventative maintenance*

·         *Providing operational support for application teams and plant IS
teams globally to ensure business continuity. *

·         *Troubleshoot issues related to Windows servers and Windows
Infrastructure.*

·         *Manage and document all troubleshooting information in ticketing
system.*

·         *Understanding of networking technology fundamentals*

·         *General understanding of Active Directory, IIS and DNS*

·         *Knowledge of Cisco UCS and Vmware 5.x\6.0*

·         *Knowledge of NetApp storage a plus*

·         *Knowledge of Citrix and Commvault a plus.*

·         *Degree in computer systems or computer science preferred*

IMPORTANT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

1.     Always include questionnaire above with submission

1.     Include Consultant's Full Legal Name, Phone Number and e-mail ID on
resume

1.     Do NOT include your company letterhead or name on resume

2.     Duncan Massey will only employ directly from the corporation that is
the direct employer/ sponsor of H1b candidates.  Submission of consultant's
to Duncan Massey implies acceptance of this policy.  If you are referring
another party's consultant as a 2nd tier referral - we will consider paying
a separate, reasonable, commission to the referring firm, but the total
rate quoted on submission MUST include the Corp employer's total rate
required plus the commission to the referring corp..  Please break it down
in the "Rate" section of the questionnaire above.  For example: "$70/hr.
($63 to Corp, $7 Comm)".

3.     Misrepresentation of any consultant information - especially that
related to sponsorship and H1b will result in loss of referral of the
consultant.

1.     Please follow-up only by e-mail and we will reply as quickly as
possible.  When we are active in searches and interviews - we aren't
answering the phone anyway, it is forwarded so we can get the job done!
