The NC Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) currently uses Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, running on Windows 2003 servers. It has been mandated by the Department of Information Technology (DIT) that all Windows 2003 servers be removed from the network by June 30, 2016. Many of the Divisions within DHHS have sites in the current SharePoint on Windows 2003. DHHS is seeking to hire a short-term Senior-level contractor with hands-on experience migrating SharePoint sites from Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 to the Microsoft hosted SharePoint Cloud Service. Experience with migration tools such as ShareGate to assist with expediting the migration process is preferred, due to the number of sites to migrate and the limited amount of time left to accomplish this task before June 30, 2016.
