Specifically, we are looking for someone who: 1) Can help to develop detailed work plans with the client program leads - to the task / owner level 2) Can take the detailed work plans and summarize the major activities for higher level resource planning and time allocation 3) Has experience project planning in an operations heavy environment. The main functions will be interacting with are the SVP of Supply Chain, Engineering (for plant and manufacturing equipment planning), Manufacturing Supply Planning (plant level planning for shutdowns, inventory levels, etc.) and R&D (ingredient and formula integration). *Required Skills* - This position is largely an operations focused integration, so an ideal candidate would have some exposure / working knowledge of planning these types of transitions, and have 3 - 5 years’ experience with this type of work.
