*Job Title * : Business Analyst with Strong Agile Experience. *Job Location* : Billerica, MA. *Job Duration *: 6 – 12 months contract. *Job Description:* We are looking for an 8-9 + years of experienced Senior/Lead Agile (Process) Business Analyst with financial services experience. *Preferred :* • Experience with agile including any or all of the following Modules: AP, AR, FA, GL, Purchasing, Project Accounting. • Hyperion Suite modules implementation • Good understanding of the dataflow and integrations between those systems. • Knowledge of Revenue Recognition concepts for the Professional Services industry • Experience gathering requirements for interfaces and/or reporting from a data warehouse. • Hyperion or Oracle AP, AR, FA, GL, Purchasing, Project Accounting. Agile is must. *Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities:* • Business Requirements – Meet with decision makers, system owners, and end users to define, document, and communicate business, financial, and operations requirements. • Business Cases – Assist with the development of business cases, considering financial, resources and technical constraints. • Systems Analysis – Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems. • Technology Solutions – Collaborate in the planning, design, development, prototyping and deployment of technology solutions, including documentation of requirements. • Technical support – identification and documentation of issues and non-performance in systems. Logging of the issues with the developers (internal and external). • Acceptance Testing - receiving new code for testing and ensure that new code is tested & signed off before being implemented in production. Work with the business to develop user test plans and ensure they are executed. • Project Management – May be called on to perform as project leader or team member, on assigned projects. • Be comfortable working with ambiguity during the project discovery phases, and help develop a compelling business case • Determine and develop the right level of documentation: user stories, use cases, business requirements documents and supporting tools/models to effectively convey your analysis and solution. • Gather, organize, synthesize and prioritize large amounts of complex information from various sources under time pressure, and to the appropriate level of detail. • Identify, define and prioritize business needs/problems/issues, then define/develop/influence feasible solutions • Leadership capability of building trust, provide direction, drive and develop others within your immediate project team and across the organization where Agile has not yet been fully adopted. • Please fill in the below details so as to proceed to client.
