Reviews functional requirements Designing, writing, and executing test cases and procedures that define specific test criteria and the expected results to be achieved. Perform risk analysis, as needed, along with proposed mitigation strategies Interface and work closely with development team to call attention to problems, resolving problems and/or assist in recreating them Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 7 or more years experience as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst or Software Tester. Experienced in identifying test scenarios and creating and executing manual functional tests Understanding of and experience with all types of testing including functional, regression, system, integration, and smoke Ability to work independent and to drive to results and timelines Strong analytical and problem solving skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Experienced in Quality Center for test case creation, execution, defect tracking and Requirements Traceability Experience with SQL and relational databases for data validation.
