*Position: *CCM Application Analyst Location: *Cincinnati, OH * *Estimated Duration: * 6 months *Interview: phone or skype * *Project Details * The primary focus of this position is to assist in the implementation of the IBMs Proofing Manager application. This position is part of the Customer Communications and Marketing team (CCM). The CCM team is accountable for providing technology innovation to Kroger’s Marketing and Advertising business units. The successful candidate will have background and familiarity with application integration and operations. Exposure to and familiarity of multi-tier web applications architecture is required. Experience Software As A Service (SaaS) a plus. Experience with Linux, UNIX and Windows operating systems required. Good written and oral communications skills are required. This role requires interaction and collaboration with business customers, technologist and systems analyst. Must be able to work independently and/or in a team environment. *Responsibilities:* · Provide new application enhancements and remediate known application defects for Kroger’s suite of Marketing and Advertising applications. · Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Business Analyst (BAs) to provide accurate application enhancements and defect remediation estimates · Proven ability to create and modify different types of Linux and Windows scripts · Experience supporting and developing multi-tier web application architectures · Exposure to database Structure Query Language a plus · Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) a plus · Experience with Java 2 Enterprise Editions (J2EE) Servlet Contains a plus · Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile Development methodology is a plus · Exposure and familiarity with web applications · Proven troubleshooting skills with ability to analyze application core dumps, system dumps, heaps dumps and logs to determine root cause analysis · Able to triage and diagnosis defects and issues · Proven understanding of security and administration best practices · Familiarity with Software As A Service (SaaS) a plus · Working knowledge and familiarity with Disaster Recovery activities a plus · Familiarity with file transfer methods (CD, AS2, SFTP, SCP) is a plus · Exposure to job scheduling applications (TWS, Cron) is a plus · Provide business hours and off-hours support on a rotational bases · Strong written and oral communication skills · Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation · Be able to work within a team environment and independently without supervision *Qualifications:* · 1- 3 years of experience with web application development · 2-4 years experience working with multitier application environments and architectures · 1-3 years of experience with Linux OS and Windows (Server) OS · 1-3 years experience with shell scripting and/or similar scripting experience · Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience Regards *Himanshu* 978-558-4666 x 104 *himan...@teknavigators.com* <himan...@teknavigators.com> 8875 Hidden River Parkway Suite 300 Tampa,FL 33637 *www.*teknavigators.com DISCLAIMER: This message and any attachments are solely for the use of the individual or entity to which it is addressed and may contain information that is privileged or confidential.
