Mandatory Technical Skills • Undergraduate degree in a science or engineering field. Master’s degree preferred • 3-5 years’ experience in product development especially in healthcare analytics space • Strong technical capabilities, including experience with Tableau Reporting, Microsoft business intelligence stack (or similar), Microsoft Access and Excel • Passion for creating beautiful and intuitive user interfaces for web/mobile users using Tableau or similar products and publishing content Desirable Technical Skills • Experience of working with large databases and data visualization tools like Roambi, SSAS and power pivot is preferred Mandatory Functional Skills • Responsible for soliciting requirements, scoping, design, development and execution of analytics and visualization products • Lead a team in architecting, designing, developing and implementing database-backed tools and applications that take hospital data and transform it into analyses • Lead problem-solving process, improve current tools and develop new ones • Work with clients to assess effectiveness/impact of products and refine as required Desirable Functional Skills The candidate should be: A strong problem solver with demonstrated analytic and quantitative skills • A self-starter able to work independently and deliver quality end-products in an entrepreneurial environment • Detail-oriented in their approach to work • Of mature disposition and personable, and able to work well within teams across continents/time zones • Demonstrated strong presentation and client interaction skills • Ability to accurately estimate work with proven delivery record • History of working as a team player in a dynamic and changing environment • Good technical presentation skills • Good oral and written communication skills Total Experience Required 5-8 Years Work Location New York, NY *Thanks,* *Sudhir Dubey* United Software Group Inc.. 565 Metro Place South.
