*This is Sharon (Senior Executive Recruiter) from Sonoma Consulting, We are looking for a Windows Administrator **/ **Washington, District Of Columbia ** role for Contract after Long-term.* *Role: Windows Administrator* *Locals : **Washington, District Of Columbia * *Length: **Long-term F2F* *6-12 Months Contract.* *OBJECTIVE* The purpose of this task order is to obtain IT application development support for the BLS Executive Direction offices: Office of Technology and Survey Processing (OTSP), Directorate of Technology and Computing Services (DTCS), the Division of Management Information Systems (DMIS), and the Division of Financial Planning and Management (DFPM), within the Office of Administration. *Description* The BLS Executive Direction provides agency-wide policy and management direction and centralized program support activities. Major goals of these programs are the development and improvement of economic and statistical programs, efficient management of ongoing programs, and provision of the technical, administrative, information technology, information dissemination, and publication services necessary to produce and release statistical and research output in a reliable, secure, timely, and effective manner. This task requires support from software architects, engineers, developers, requirement analysts, and testers for the design, development, production, testing and maintenance of systems, applications, databases and websites. Subcontractor personnel will work alongside information technology specialists and program analysts to respond to the information technology needs of the BLS. Subcontractor staff must possess the ability to work as an integral part of teams to deliver high quality products and services. *Detailed Tasks* *DTNM*: - Windows System Admin with strong Configuration Management - Skills including knowledge and experience with VersionOne and/or SubVersion. - Experience deploying Web Applications using IIS, Understanding of multi-tier application architecture and technologies (web servers, database servers, load balancers, etc.) - Maintain Central VersionOne and SubVersion servers running on Windows 2012. - Assist with maintaining, monitoring IIS servers and creating IIS sites - Attending weekly meetings for the Quest Project - Gathering Requirements from Quest team that need to be share with DTNM Branches - Assist Network Services Branch as required with multi-tier application support - Assist end users with issues related to VersionONe, SubVersion and IIS. *Requirements:* - *5 years’ experience in Windows Administration* - 3 years’ experience in *configuration management* including knowledge and experience with *VersionOne and SubVersion* - Experience deploying Web Applications using *IIS,* Understanding of multi-tier application architecture and technologies (web servers, database servers, load balancers, etc.) - Understanding of multi-tier application architecture and technologies (web servers, database servers, load balancers, etc.) Sharon Kolluru - Sr Executive Recruiter Sonoma Consulting, Inc.
