Job Title: Risk Analyst / QC BA Location: Ft. Worth, TX
Duration: 6+ Months Can work on c2c but need GC/USC local to tx Description *Top 3 Skills required (to get hired!): * SAS/SQL, BA duties, Excel Responsibilities include complex analysis and data gathering to ensure appropriate controls are in place as business initiatives are executed. Principal Duties and Responsibilities - Design, implement and maintain control reporting policies and strategies to ensure all projects are executed as intended by the business - Write and analyze business requirements, data dictionaries and business processes - Extract data from SAS/SQL reporting and production database - Investigate and prepare data for downstream analysis - Utilize database management, reporting and analysis software to store, organize and manipulate data. - Utilize statistical software to identify trends and opportunities to minimize credit/fraud losses and maximize response and approval rates - Present findings and make recommendations to management team *Experience and Education* - Minimum 4 year degree (Computer Science, Math, or Business Degree preferred) - Experience in documenting and analyzing business requirements and data dictionaries - Experience with database query languages such as SAS and SQL - Experience with statistical analysis and modeling software such as Excel, Word, Power Point, JMP, and/or Angoss Knowledge Studio a plus - Strong communication skills Required Skills, Abilities, Soft Skill Factors - Motivation Skills - History of achieving aggressive goals and objectives, conveying sense of urgency while moving beyond challenges and obstacles. - Thinking and Administrative Skills - Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
