*Duration: Long Term* *Locals Preferred..* Education and Qualifications - To be a project manager one must have at least 8+ years of experience, with 2+ years of experience in Project and Project management experience of multiple projects - Project Management Degree or Certification preferred - Experience in managing projects involving Microsoft technology stack ( .NET, ASP, C# ) is preferred Duties and Responsibilities - A project manager is responsible for managing delivery of the project. - Create project plan, monitor and track the entire project plan - He is in charge of tracking the progress of development & delivery of the project rollout during all it’s phases - He needs to facilitate and make trade-off decisions between quality, costs, resources, scope and time from project perspective - He needs to define contingency planning and risk mitigation - He must ensure that clear requirements are available and involve in release definition and scope negotiation as required - He has to define resources and the schedule for the implementation of the project - He should detect and solve project level issues effectively - He must supervise the project engineering team and managing conflicts within the different departments - Manage team of developers, QAs, admins and technical members. ( from 8-20 people team ) - He must recognize areas for internal improvement and developing plans for implementing them - He must make sure all the measures comply with company standards and procedures - He needs to report the progress as well as the problems to management stakeholders - Experience in Agile project management is added advantage. Skills and Specifications - The project manager must have good understanding of the project and project management processes - He must have good communication skills (written and verbal) and should be able to motivate his team - He must have effective planning and management skills - He must display good leadership skills - He should also have good organization, presentation and customer service skills.
