*Position:- Project Manager* *Location:- Foster City, CA* *Duration:- Long Term* *MOI:- Telephonic + Skype* The Project Manager leverages a combination of domain expertise and experience in assessing, developing, and implementing regulated systems to define and deliver superior system solutions, ensure robust validation efforts, and provide client satisfaction. This role of PM is critical and carries responsibility for operational excellence within the project lifecycle and team. Able to balance cost, schedule, and client/team dynamics and a staffing, the PM provides leadership to business, information technology, and regulatory compliance efforts. *Essential Responsibilities:* - Define, manage, and track tasks/activities for medium and large-scale projects - Interface with stakeholders to define and prioritize project deliverables and activities and their dependencies - Assess and mentor client and project team on domain-specific areas of risk and resulting organizational and schedule dynamic and their resolution - Estimate and track project staffing and cost - Track and monitor project issues and escalation to management as appropriate - Overall project schedule and project deliverables responsibility; report tasks and milestones against the plan, internally and to customer stakeholders - Schedule project meetings; compile minutes and actions/decisions made throughout project - Track project time and deliverables against budget and requirements - Other duties as assigned. *Education & Experience Requirements:* - Bachelor’s degree or higher in scientific or information technology field. - At least 5 years software implementation project management experience in an external client environment, within a regulatory environment. - 5 years experience in a field involving scientific measurement or laboratory automation. - Full understanding of a complete project lifecycle within enterprise software, including SDLC. - Experience with software implementation within a validated systems environment, *including 21CFR Part 11, ISO 17025, GxP, etc. a plus* - Experience leading and managing technical and software validation teams as part of large-scale, multi-site or enterprise software deployment. - Proven track record of working in a high-stress environment and working on multiple projects concurrently. - Strong people management and negotiation skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office applications, Visio, and Microsoft Project. - PMP certification is a must Regards, Vijay Saraswat, Assistant Recruitment Manager Phone 248-565-4747 Ext-108 Fax: 248.254.7211 Tekshapers Inc 1441 E Maple Rd,Suit#301,Troy,Michigan, USA Certification: WMBE Certified | E-Verified Company | ISO 9001:2008 PSave trees.
