*Position: Business Analyst* *Location: Pittsburgh, PA* *Duration: 12 months* Must have experience with *CampusVue/CampusNexus version 15.0 or higher*. Another tough one but I know you are good at digging people up!!!! *Details and job description below.* Interviews can be done remotely but do require video conferencing such as Skype or GoToMeeting which the client can help provide. There will be most like two, perhaps three, interviews of varying lengths. Contract is expected to be at least 12 months in duration. Skillsets for conversion consultants basically breakdown to senior level business analysts. For each functional area shown below we are seeking: Business Analyst – Admissions Business Analyst – Student Accounting/Finance Business Analyst – Academics Business Analyst – Financial Aid - Experience with the processing, configuration, reporting, and maintenance of *<functional area*> within Campus Management’s CampusVue/CampusNexus Student Information System. - Knowledge of relevant Regulatory, Department of Education, Security policy, etc. for functional area of expertise. - Experience with CampusVue/CampusNexus version 15.0 or higher. - Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel skills for data analysis. - Develop requirements to define scope of project, scope of work, project plan, work breakdown structure, etc. - Conduct analysis of departmental/process needs. - Define, analyze, and measure process defects; provide process improvement/ resolution. - Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. - Test CampusVue reports and functionality to ensure proper function and data accuracy. - Designed, developed, and conducted training for business users. - Provided CampusVue go-live support. - Experience with large system data migration preferred. - Experience with the Jenzabar CX Student Information System preferred. - Ability to write simple SQL queries for data analysis preferred. Additionally - Must be able to work independently and/or remotely on assigned tasks while operating as a project team - Must be able to communicate effectively with peers, customers, vendor, and senior management - Must be able to attend regular project status calls and online meetings - Ability to travel as required (30% to corporate and/or campus locations) If we cannot get a direct hit on the above for CampusVue additional senior business analyst candidates will be considered if they have any of the following: - Jenzabar CARS CX experience preferred - Any large student information system experience with vendors such as Ellucian/SunGard, makers of Banner SIS. - Large system data conversions.
