Excellent communication skills. 8 years’ experience with various operative environments, toolsets and development methodologies. Minimum of 3 years of experience with Java, J2EE/JavaEE, and Web services required. 3-4 years’ experience with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript. Must have at least three years’ experience developing and designing object-oriented programs using Java. Experience with one or more of the following desired: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM/CQ), *SOA, XML, Relational/NOSQL* databases, other Web Content Management systems. Experience with technologies *including MVN, Git, Github, and Jenkins*. Understanding of *Agile and SDLC* methodologies. *UNIX/Linux*, PC Development Tools, Internet/Intranet. Ability to collaboratively identify potential solutions and effectively communicate benefits. Understanding of business processes, project management/planning, time management. Ability to communicate effectively with teams, peers, clients. Must be motivated and be able to contribute in fast paced environment while maintaining quality of performance. Education/Experience/Skills Required: Participates as a team member in an agile development team. Design and develop browser-based user interfaces and backend services for Internet applications that are built on the AEM/CQ web content management system. Codes solutions to problems using a structured approach keeping in mind long term maintainability and quick accessibility. Produces technical designs based on business requirements, provide estimates. Specific Skill/Experience: Core responsibilities for this role include: review code and software application suite to ensure consistency, quality and technical integrity from a maintenance perspective. Design, develop development and troubleshoot new enhancements, maintenance fixes, technical components, interfaces and services to support the application. Participate in the design and development of software solutions and requirements related to key technical components, frameworks, interfaces and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stipulate technical design requirements. Create, maintain and review software technical design documentation. Conduct technical design and code reviews with the development teams. Investigate and incorporate emerging software technologies and practices into the development process. Analyze, review, and modify the design of existing software applications to increase efficiencies or to adapt to new business requirements.
