You contribute to the overall project plan, highlighting dependencies with other projects. You manage day-to-day project activities, monitor and report on progress, and identify and mitigate potential showstoppers and issues. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree Certification: Should have apprentice level and seeking EM Level 1. Should have progressing skills in Negotiating, Vendor Management, Financial Reporting, Change Management, Risk Management, Quality Management and Problem Diagnosis & Solution. Will be responsible for managing a defined scope of workstations, servers and applications that are currently running older versions of Java. It is expected that a significant number of Business applications are affected and a high degree of testing for IT and the business unit will be required. 35% Interfacing with Application PMs and their respective development teams 35% Interfacing with onshore & offshore Architects and developers 10% Working with client business application owners 20% Working with onshore program leadership Solid end-to-end project management experience Strong knowledge of Java Will work with the other Project Managers and Testing Services to coordinate the scheduling and prioritization of multiple application related projects Experience working with offshore development teams Appropriately escalates identified risks and issues associated with the program Ability to manager several technical resources Responsible for communicating high level program PMO information to project architects and developers.
