*Position Description:*
Prior Experience in BA(Implementation) Role of at least 5 years to support
the BPM team. BPM experience is critical for this role, doesn't have to be
on the IBM BPM platform like they use at ADP, but must have BPM.
BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional education/work experience
• 5-7 years experience as a business/systems analyst
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Experience creating BPM workflows models and documenting their
requirements
• Experience designing user interfaces
• Experience analyzing and documenting internal and external APIs (SOAP,
REST)
• Experience with IBM BPM suite strongly preferred
• Experience with agile methodologies preferred (Scrum, Kanban)
