Ok, here's something I didn't know. This error might occur if you
have extra spaces or lines at the end of the config.inc.php after the
php closing tag ?> it can cause this error. Please let me know if
this is it. I found this answer on another php webapp site,

>From what my editor shows there are not extra spaces aren't in the
distributed file, maybe they were added by a text editor when saving
the file.
- hopefully this makes it to the list, my mail was being bounced back
for some reason
