I have added the GPL text to all *latex scripts; Perl, fontforge, MS-DOS .bat and .cmd commands; .sty, .chr, .bdg, .ldf, .cap, .cpx, .enc TeX files; .c, .w, .1 files; .el files; and .etx, .mtx files. And an extra MANIFEST file with a list of the contents of the CJK. I had two directories: cjk-current (untouched) and cjk-current-gplpatch (in which I altered the files). I hope it is to your liking. 8^) BTW, http://cjk.ffii.org/cjk-4.5.2-current.diff.gz doesn't work anymore, nor does http://cjk.ffii.org/cjk-4.6.0-current.diff.gz.
