Hi Werner!
I m trying to compile wftodm to get the Wadalab DNP fonts working. However, I have recently switched to an AMD64 platform and get a segmentation fault when using wftodm. Upon compilation I get the following warnings: " cc -O -o wftodm wftodm.c wftodm.c: In function ‘readfiles’: wftodm.c:107: warning: incompatible implicit declaration of built-in function ‘exit’ wftodm.c:110: warning: incompatible implicit declaration of built-in function ‘strlen’ wftodm.c:115: warning: incompatible implicit declaration of built-in function ‘malloc’ wftodm.c: In function ‘output_afm’: wftodm.c:169: warning: incompatible implicit declaration of built-in function ‘exit’ wftodm.c: In function ‘output_pfa’: wftodm.c:237: warning: incompatible implicit declaration of built-in function ‘exit’ wftodm.c: In function ‘e_printf’: wftodm.c:304: warning: incompatible implicit declaration of built-in function ‘strlen’ " I still get a compiled binary, "wftodm". Running the binary causes a segmentation fault. I have compiled it using GCC 4.1.2 (which compiler are you using?). $ gcc -v Using built-in specs. Target: x86_64-linux-gnu Configured with: ../src/configure -v --enable-languages=c,c++,fortran,objc,obj-c++,ada,treelang --prefix=/usr --enable-shared --with-system-zlib --libexecdir=/usr//lib --without-included-gettext --enable-threads=posix --enable-nls --program-suffix=-4.1 --enable-__cxa_atexit --enable-clocale=gnu --enable-libstdcxx-debug --enable-mpfr --enable-checking=release x86_64-linux-gnu Thread model: posix gcc version 4.1.2 20060715 (prerelease) (Debian 4.1.1-9) I then try to run ./wftodm -FontBase dg wadalab-sym/jis*.ps wadalab-gothic-0-13/goth-*.ps but to no avail. Attached you will see a bzipped strace log. I hope it's useful. I hope you can help me getting it to work, because I'm really anxious to get your CJK package in Debian's official tree.
