You might also try the CVS version of CJK's `CJKutf8.sty' file which
can do the same.  Note that CJKutf8.sty, in contrast to hyperref.sty's
Unicode bookmark support, doesn't need eTeX; it works with normal TeX
also.  Additionally, it supports surrogates which hyperref.sty doesn't
support yet: Especially CJK users who need characters >= U+10000 will
benefit.

Just say

  \usepackage{CJKutf8}
  \usepackage[unicode]{hyperref}

in the preamble.
