If your OS/distro don't have CJK package. My suggestion is
to install TeXLive,
http://www.tug.org/texlive/
Burn a cd-r or dvd then you can install `whole' TeX/LaTeX/ConTeXt
system including LaTeX CJK package and cjk fonts.
