Ah, sorry, I didn't notice your attachment. It works on my computer with GB, but not with GBK. Problem is that GBK uses C19, not C10. So I made a C19gbsn.fd file, but running latex on the file fails because MakeTeXPK is looking for "gbsnlp37", which I don't have (it only goes to plane nr.32) (I used UGB.sfd, not UGBK.sfd). So ATM I can't reproduce your error. I'm using CJK4.7.0 (like you) and teTeX3 on Debian/unstable. What distribution are you using? TeXlive2004? cTeX? Perhaps it's best to also send an email about your "divided by zero"-bug to the pdfTeX-devel mailing list, continuing the thread I mentioned before.
