I have no idea about MikTeX, but here's a small example file that
should help you out. I'm not sure if MikTeX has CJK 4.7.0 and the
correct Unicode Wadalab fonts installed, so I will assume it hasn't.
If you have CJK4.7.0, then there's a better example file I can give
you.
You will need to convert the example beneath to a EUC_JP-encoded
file.
