Well, if you use two arguments only, this reduces to
Simplify(flags, error)
I don't use any of the specified flags, so the first argument is 0.

I want to allow a deviation up to 2 font units. This is not really
noticeable by the human eye but helps a lot in reducing the number of
needed points for Type 1 fonts.
