Sorry, I have absolutely no idea how PDF control commands can be
embedded into a PS file so that ps2pdf recognizes them and handles
them accordingly.
As mentioned in a previous mail: your example works just fine; I
suspect either a problem with dvipdfmx, or CJK 4.7.0 is too old (I
currently can't remember whether there have been problems or not).
