:-). At the moment I cannot see how a 3rd-party (and a non-Thai) integrate 
ThaiLaTeX into TeXLive, both from a technical point of view (documentation not 
in Thai is scattered and poor) and an incentive/motivation point of view (given 
the other easier-to-get-started alternatives), but then, never say never :-).
