I'm not the one who has the pictures up and have kept quiet. But, when the
original Scott's nest was made (2 sizes originally), you could buy the kit
to build the box, or
just the instructions to. I don't know if those are still available, as my
cousin, Tom Scott, who designed the nest and numerous other wonderful
products like the late Scott 5T crate, sold the company and the rights and
instructions etc, to all of his products :( a few years ago
now.......... Working at Scott's Pet Supply (the retail store in front of
the factory), 20 years ago, was my introduction into dogs, and purebred
dogs. I was lost to the dogworld from that day forward, never having
been allowed any pets as a child.
The few times I have met the new owners and staff at their
businesses here in town, I have been less than impressed and more than once,
had much more of a clue than they did. It now seems to be just a business,
and not the
continual updating of the products, to make them better, by a very avid
birddog enthusiast, who truly cared about the dogs the products are designed
for.....
