Paula, Puppy was purchased through a broker ,(Melody Crowe) in GA, for an English kennel. Crowe has website on pets4you.com English breeder is Mr. J. M. Harris, kennel name is Ciscadee. English breeder not a puppy mill, but breeds to sell puppies as pets. Jo Ann Carvill checked out breeder for me. This woman had contacted me earlier for a pet, I didn't have anything, so didn't get into specifics, but always offer to check out any breeder they find that has puppies. As sometimes happens, she asked about her breeder after she bought puppy, that's how I know about situation. I was worried we had uncovered another European puppy mill. Now we have another broker over here. Owner feels that we have better information on who she could contact in her area. With her family situation, I wouldn't have sold to her. She's had puppy for @ 2 months. I can forward her e-mail to you if you think you can help the puppy.
