<<<<<<<hey must make a bigger deal of it all in Australia. I have never had
to
have a cavalier anaesthetized for a hip xray. And an eye exam by an
ophthalmologist takes less than five minutes.>>>>>.

Well it seems to me that no matter what I put up on this list, you Americans
know better!

Why can't you just accept at face value what I write - I have to have my
dogs anaesthetised for X ray - My fully qualified ophthalmologist takes more
than 5 minutes to test a dogs eyes. He examines closely, puts in drops then
examines the retina. This takes more than 5 minutes. Leanne I know you are a
physician and I appreciate the sane and sensible posts you put up on the
list but it seems that everything we tell you from other parts of the world
is derided and dismissed. I am only telling you what we have to do here.
What you do in America is your business. We have to work with what is here.
I don't know how many times I have said this but the message doesn't seem to
get through.
It appears that 30 years of experience counts for nothing.
Jeanie
