I have a ruby male puppy who will be eight weeks old in a couple of days and he is going outside with the girls. He is doing really well. Mind you he will piddle on the floor if there is much time in between trips out. But I do not expect any thing from him. Just glad he wants to go out and he does not mind the cold at all. Why don't you let your puppy go outsdie. It is not to cold if she only out to go potty. My first cavaliers were raised in Alaska and they went out. They just learned to hurry up and do their thing. Let her outsdie and don't worry about the cold.
